We will set up a virtual private network (VPN) with our Complete Solution. You can also have this as an option with our Managed Services. This will provide us with a dedicated connection to your offices for ongoing remote monitoring and updates.

If identified as a business requirement, myMSP will also provide configuration and support for end-user VPN connections or VPN connections to your business partners. Remote user VPN connections allow your employees to securely access the corporate network without the need to be on-site.

PC Virus protection

It is a constant battle in today's environment of emerging threats to keep your PC's free of viruses. This is a concern for each and every Company. myMSP's automated virus protection service checks the virus pattern file for each PC user connected to the network on an hourly basis.

If users are off the network temporarily, the files are updated when reconnected to ensure the highest level of virus protection.

Remote PC backup and data recovery

Without any effort on your part, we automatically backup all of your PC's to ensure your data is safe and secure. Each employee's PC is automatically backed up behind the scenes to ensure each user has access to their files whenever they need them. In the event that a user experiences a failure, myMSP also provides a data recovery function that allows PC's to restore a user's local data.

PC Security Suite / Personal firewall

The PC Security Suite is designed to provide PC users with the tools to protect themselves from hackers and viruses. The service includes a subscription to our PC virus protection services and a personal firewall. The personal firewall protects your PC from unauthorised access.
